We would like to welcome you to Casa de la Luna!
You can check in with us between 4 and 6 pm. You will then receive the key for access to the B & B. On the day of departure you must return the key before 10 am.
​Upon arrival:

are de beds made. And if you stay longer than 7 nights, the bed linen will be changed. The costs of this are included in the price.

you receive 2 towel sets per p.p. (the costs for an extra towel set aren € 2.50 p/st).

you will receive 1 bath towel per person to use on the sunbeds by the pool.

Instruction video sofa bed:
For the safety of your belongings, you must close the entrance door and both sliding doors as soon as you are not in the B&B. We also ask you to turn off the lighting and air conditioning. Not only when you leave, but also when you stay in the garden (upstairs) or by the pool.
Do not leave candles unattended. There is a fire extinguisher in the ktichen. In the event of a fire, you must warn us immediately and call 112.
Smoking and drug use in the B&B is prohibited.

In addition, we use a Corona protocol. Our B&B is small-scale and if you come with two people, we guarantee that no other guests will be present in the apartment during your stay. This is how we offer you a safe and carefree holiday on the Costa Brava. In addition, we conform to the measures of the RIVM in both Catalonia and the Netherlands.

Sustainable
As owners we run Casa de la Luna as sustainably as possible.
Casa de la Luna partly generates its own electricity via solar panels, a heat pump heats the building and you can charge your electric car at charging stations nearby. Of course we separate the waste and we also use organic and regional products as much as possible.
In the gazebo in the garden you will find:

PARKING
There are plenty of free parking spaces on the public road. Of course you can also park at the top of the entrance to the house. Be careful because the slope is steeper than you might think. If you park at the top of the entrance, make sure there is a free passage for other cars. You can drive back down via the neighbor's driveway. If you want to charge your electric car, this is not allowed at Casa de la Luna. There are plenty of charging points near Begur.
DAMAGE
You are legally liable for damage that you or your fellow guests cause to the B&B accommodation or the items present therein. You must report a claim to us immediately. Any repair and/or replacement costs must be reimbursed by you.
Our B&B is not wheelchair accessible and not suitable for the disabled and small children. No pets are allowed. And smoking is not allowed in the rooms!
Finally, we advise you not to drink the tap water. Use bottled water for this.
WASTE
You can use the environmental pass for dumping waste in Begur. There are dumps for the waste at: Casa de la Campo, Carrer Pablo Picasso (halfway down the road towards Palafrugell) or Camà Camp de Futbol (direction Regencos near the football field of Begur). Use separate waste bags for residual waste, plastic and paper. The recycler pedal bin is located at the entrance of the B&B. If the environmental pass is lost, € 100 will be charged.
BREAKFAST
We only serve breakfast in the low season. Be sure to reserve the breakfast a front. We want to throw away as little food as possible, so we ask you to fill in the 'breakfast menu' a day in advance and pass it on to us.

We do ask you to respect our privacy and not to enter the private floor unannounced. If necessary, you can always call or send us an Whatsapp.

THE SWIMMING POOL
You can use the swimming pool between 08:00 and 22:00.
'Bombing' and diving is not allowed for safety reasons. Use our green towels or your own towels on the sunbeds. Make sure the umbrellas are folded when you leave. The wind can suddenly pick up here!
RESTAURANTS IN BEGUR
Begur has many good and nice restaurants, you will rarely be disappointed. You will find tapas on the cozy. square, but there is so much more. We'd like to share some of our favorites with you!
These restaurants are in the old town of Begur:
La Pizzeta – Begur
This restaurant is highly recommended, even if you want to eat out with children. They already open at 7pm which you don't often find in Spain. There are several shifts, so staying all night in July and August is not possible if you come early.
Ventura Sabater, 4 in Begur (opposite the market square).
Can Pere – Begur
Perhaps more of an eatery, but a real meeting place in Begur, with simple, yet delicious dishes and tapas. This restaurant also remains open almost all year round, which is one of the reasons why many residents come here. In addition to good food, you can often go here to watch a FC Barcelona match live, or for example matches at a World Cup or European Championship.

Toc al Mar – Aiguablava beach – Begur
This restaurant is located almost on the beach of Aiguablava and is therefore also located in one of the most beautiful places on the entire coast. And then the food is delicious. Of course there is a lot of fish on the menu, which makes sense if you are practically eating with your feet in the sea. Perfect for lunch, but make a reservation in the summer!
